Love the system and use it for almost every patient. I have tons of tricks. I use it for resin of course. I also use it for perio surgery like bone grafting. It keeps the site clean and stops bone particles from hitting the back of the patients throat. Another favorite is telling the patient to purse their lips closed to suck any water out the back of the throat.
I use it for implant surgery. I do full surgical guides, and I design the guide to be not past the midline so that I can fit the DryShield mouthpiece. I also use it for endo instead of a rubber dam.
