Supervising dental students, using DryShield allows isolation and retraction to improve visibility and enhance patient comfort. The safety feature of soft tissue protection also improves treatment outcomes. These features combine to reduce time required for patient care. Sometimes there is concern about patient acceptance of the device, I find the majority of patients appreciate and accept the extra protection with ease.
