As a pediatric dentist, having good isolation is critical for both the safety of patients, as well as the quality of restorations. I have been using the DryShield for about 5 years and absolutely love it. The contour fits easily and comfortably in most mouths, and the versatility of being able to interchange the sizes of the block and shield is great. My favorite part is that you can autoclave the components, which means less plastic waste. We use the DryShield on 99% of our patients, and often comment on how it has made us more efficient as providers.
